Welcome to Pinkladystudios.com

My name is Catherine Barker, I opened up the studio in April 2006, I called the studio Pinkladystudios Aerobics & Fitness.

The Studio runs a full range of classes to find out what classes we do please click here.

All of the classes are open to everyone and cater for all fitness levels so you can work at your own pace in a fun and fab environment. I put the studio together to help people enjoy exercise and feel special about themselves and others.

Through Pinkladystudios, my aim is to bring motivational, danced based movement classes & personal training to my clients and my local community that are above all effective, affordable & fun.

I am now a dedicated & determined Studio & Personal Fitness Instructor & I firmly believe that my expertise, motivation & inspiration can be harnessed for the benefit of anyone with genuine desire to improve their quality of life using safe but effective methods of exercise & nutritional guidance.

To continue with my on-going education and training I am an member of YMCAFit and on the Register of Exercise Professionals.

Hello Tomorrow Winner..

In April 2007 I was lucky enough to win the Hello Tommrow fund organized by avon cosmetics through winning this award inspired me to continue a service to the community like no other without the intimidation of having to join a gym.

I am determined to achieve more personal qualifications to include pilates, indian dance and pole dancing.
