No you don't need to wear a face mask while attending the gym as they are not mandatory however you are welcome to wear one if you wish to.
Can I visit to look around? Do I need an appointment?
You are welcome to come and have a look around any time no appointment necessary.
Do you offer exercise classes?
Yes we do! We offer a wide variety of classes, all of which are included in membership. See our studio timetable
Is booking required to attend classes?
Yes, due to the COVID 19 outbreak classes are required to be booked. To book you class please click here
Do you have changing facilities, lockers etc?
Yes we do have changing facilities and lockers avaliable for our members free of charge. Please note due to the COVID 19 outbreak our changing room will be limited to 2 people, please come in your gym kit when possible.
Do you have car parking?
Yes we do have our own car park free of charge to all our members.
Will someone show me how to use the equipment?
Yes, We give all new members a basic induction but this is completley optional. For an advanced induction there is a charge of £20 and this will cover all use of equipment.
How do I join Pink Ladies & what details will I need?
Monthly membership subscriptions are collected by Direct Debit (DD) and are fully covered by the Direct Debit guarantee. To sign up by Direct Debit you will need your bank account number and sort code this can be done online using our secure online portal or at the club.
Is the Pink Ladies website secure?
Yes, the membership application form on the website is secure. Any details will be fully encrypted and your personal and banking details will be kept private.
I have joined online, what next?
Upon completing your sign up using our secure portal you will be emailed a confirmation email, confirming your details and membership plan. Please take note of your reference number. Please bring this to the club with you during your first visit.
When does my first payment come out?
Your first payment will come out on the date selected.
Will I be issued a membership card?
No, we use biometric finger print reader for access to the gym. This will be set up for you on your first visit.
Will the price of my membership go up?
We promise not to put the price of your membership up. Your price will stay the same for life providing you do not leave us! We may also do promotional offers in the future and we aim to keep these as fair as possible to our existing members.
What will the Direct Debit show up as on my bank statement?
The payment will show up as "Ashbourne Management’ on your bank statement. This is the company that handle the direct debit set up and collection for Pink Ladies Health & Fitness
If I have an issue with my Direct Debit, who should I talk to?
Any direct debit issues, such as accidently cancelling, change of details or bounced payments please contact Ashbourne Management on 01564 74 1837. For change of collection date please contact us. Ashbourne Management handle all direct debit queries for Pink Ladies.
Who is my membership contract with?
Your membership contract agreement is between you and Pink Ladies Health & Fitness (Northampton) Ltd. Ashbourne Management will collect your monthly fees on our behalf. Ashbourne Management will also deal with your membership agreement with Pink Ladies Health & Fitness (Northampton) Ltd on our behalf. Any outstanding charges or queries you must contact Ashbourne Management on 01564 74 1837 who will be able to assist you.
