Can I see the facilities before joining?
Of course, come down and see us! One of our friendly staff will be there to show you around and help you make your decision.
What are the gym opening hours?
Mon-Thurs 9.00 am – 8.30pm
Friday 8.00am – 10.00 am / 4.00pm – 7.00pm
Saturday 7.00am – 11.00am
Sunday 8.00am – 11.00am
Is there a joining fee?
There is currently no joining fees.
Do you provide a induction?
Yes you can have a full induction, there is a one of fee of £10 and the induction must be booked at the gym. The induction will cover all aspects of using our equipment. You can add your induction on your membership during the online sign up process.
When will my first payment / Direct Debit be taken?
The first payment will taken immediately on joining by credit or debit card. The next payment will be a direct debit one month after joining. Members are kindly requested to ensure that you have adequate funds in your account for the monthly membership direct debit. Ashbourne Management Services Ltd manage all aspects of your monthly direct debit, if you have any queries you must contact them on 01564 74 1837 or email on [email protected]
Will the monthly price stay the same?
Yes, as long as you are a continuous member you will always pay the same monthly price on a contracted membership after any introductory offers.
How do I access the gym?
Every member is assigned their own membership card this will be issued to you on your first visit to the club. Your card is unique to yourself and enables you to gain access. We may also take a photo of you on your first visit for security purposes.
Is the website secure?
No credit card data or bank information is stored on our servers and all one off payments are processed by Ashbourne Management Services Ltd to ensure the security of your card details.
How do I cancel my membership?
We want to ensure all our members receive the same great customer service. However if you feel that the gym is not for you then members can provide 30 days notice to cancel their membership via email to [email protected] stating; your name, membership details and reason for leaving – you will then receive an email to complete the cancelation.
NOTE: Your membership can only be cancelled once the minimum term has been completed.
Please do not cancel your direct debit with the bank prior to your membership cancelation, as this will result in administration charges to your account. Members with membership cards will be required to return their membership card prior to cancellation.
