If you have any problems, do come and see us at the gym and we can get you started. You will need a full valid UK bank account.

The first payment will taken immediately on joining by credit or debit card. The next payment will be a direct debit one month after joining. Members are kindly requested to ensure that you have adequate funds in your account for the monthly membership direct debit. Ashbourne Management Services Ltd manage all aspects of your monthly direct debit, if you have any queries you must contact them on 01564 74 1837 or email on memberships@ashbournemanagement.co.uk

There is currently no joining fees.

Yes you can have a full induction, there is a one of fee of £10 and the induction must be booked at the gym. The induction will cover all aspects of using our equipment.

No! Just grab your gym kit and head down to the gym. You will be issued a membership card and you’re good to go! Have a happy workout!

If you experience problems while trying to join, please contact us or visit the gym.

Yes, as long as you are a continuous member you will always pay the same monthly price on a contracted membership after any introductory offers.

No credit card data or bank information is stored on our servers and all one off payments are processed by Ashbourne Management Services Ltd to ensure the security of your card details.

Yes, this will be issued to you on your first visit to the club. Your card is unique to yourself and enables you to gain access. We will also take a photo of you on your first visit for security purposes.

Yes this available from our fully qualified Level 3 personal trainers. Please visit us in-gym or email us at sales@pinkladystudios.com for more information and special offers on personal training packages.

We want to ensure all our members receive the same great customer service. However if you feel that the gym is not for you then members can provide 30 days notice to cancel their membership via email to memberships@ashbournemanagement.co.uk stating; your name, membership details and reason for leaving – you will then receive an email to complete the cancelation.

NOTE: Your membership can only be cancelled once the minimum term has been completed.

Please do not cancel your direct debit with the bank prior to your membership cancelation, as this will result in administration charges to your account. Members with membership cards will be required to return their membership card prior to cancellation.
